Temperature Field Simulation and Energy Analysis of a Heat Pump Tobacco Bulk Curing Barn

Recently, heat pump drying has been widely used in tobacco processing. Considering the importance of this issue, it is significant to further investigate temperature distribution and energy analysis process. To develop an energy-saving, environmental-friendly, high-quality method, distribution, dehumidification performance, economic issues, thermal efficiency a curing barn (HPCB) traditional coal-fired bulk (TCCB) were compared. The regional eigenvalue model was applied describe uniformity with HPCB TCCB. Moreover, obtained through tests. results showed that beneficial improve quality tobacco. performed analyses TCCB 42.02% 66.53%, respectively. Accordingly, technology recommended for industrial leaves obtaining products.
